Rose Bowl Parade

What a great experience. We saw float in the process of being built, the parade and then a close up viewing of the floats after the parade.

Remember The Love Boat?

The next three pictures are all one float.

We'll still keep this photo even though the game was a blowout.

This is the unfinished piece I was able to work on. The ground up flowers are in the cup. First we painted white glue on the blue areas, then spread the flowers over the glued and tamped them down with our fingers to be sure they were in place and no blue was showing through. The excess was brushed away lightly with a paint brush after the glue dried.
